Ceiling systems we install
Bulkhead ceilings
Boxed-out sections in plasterboard that conceal pipes, ducts, cables or beams, or that create different levels and define zones within a room.
Gypline ceilings
Plasterboard ceilings finished with smooth, jointed surfaces, ideal when you want a seamless look ready for painting.
Grid ceilings
A suspended metal grid with lay-in tiles. A practical choice for offices and retail units because the tiles can be lifted to reach the services above.
MF ceilings
Plasterboard fixed to a suspended metal-frame (MF) system. It creates a level ceiling below an uneven structure and leaves a void for services and lighting.
Ceiling boarding
Plasterboard fixed directly to joists or to a framework, preparing the surface for plastering or finishing.
When a new ceiling makes sense
A new or lowered ceiling is often the simplest way to hide pipework and cabling, to correct a damaged or uneven ceiling, or to make room for recessed lighting. The space above can also hold insulation, which helps with comfort and with sound between floors.
The electrical installation itself should always be carried out by a qualified electrician. We prepare the framing and openings so lighting and other fittings can be installed cleanly.

Board and finish
We fix the plasterboard and prepare the joints, leaving a surface ready for decoration.
